Feedback and Complaints
We are constantly working to improve our services. Your feedback plays an important part in that. If you have any concerns or questions about your experience, please let us know, we will listen to you and treat you with dignity and respect. If you are unsure about raising an issue, you can ask a friend, family member or advocate to help you. We wish to assure you, that your concerns will be handled in a fair, confidential, transparent and timely manner. Staffing Options is happy to pass on any positive feedback you may have to the staff who are doing their best to support you.
