Staffing Option’s response to COVID-19

Staffing Options remains committed to the health and well-being of the people we support, the services we work with, our support workers and contractors during the coronavirus pandemic.

We are continuing to provide our services with as little change as possible however when government regulations or individual support needs require it we are working to find innovative ways to continue support as best we can. We are known for our ability to be flexible and responsive, and we will continue to be so, in order to keep providing the best support possible.  

We are passing on information as we have it directly to the people we support, the services we work with, our support workers and contractors.  We are keeping up to date with Health Departments, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, and other relevant stakeholders.  We also continue to monitor all relevant information and updates from the Australian and Queensland Government Departments of Health and will act on their advice promptly.
